Certification and assurance

Independence is what gives a its value. The people who help you build a system shouldn't be the people who certify it. So a good structure keeps three jobs apart:

Who builds it
The business, often with help from an adviser or consultant.
Who certifies it
An independent, , with auditors who didn't help build it.
Who accredits the certifier
An body, such as JAS-ANZ for , and NATA for laboratories.

MFC supports food businesses and respects this structure. We help build and run programmes, and we don't certify them. belongs with third parties, at arm's length.
